BREAKING NEWS!!!
On October 1st the eligibility maps for USDA/Rural housing were set to change based on the 2010 Census. This would have resulted in about 50% of currently eligible properties to become INELIGIBLE for the USDA 100% program… we’ve just gotten word that the new map implementation has been POSTPONED!!!!
We do not know for how long, so get your buyers moving, but this is GREAT news!
